When we first considered selling our home, we interviewed several local agents. At
Zephyr, we told the manager we wanted to talk with an experienced, reliable agent. He
immediately recomended Nadia Ruimy.
Nadia's cheerful smile at the door of our first meeting made a lasting impression, and we
welcomed it at every subsequent meeting. She presented us with a sound business
plan and excellent references. She listened patiently and responded thoughtfully to our
many questions. This was our third house, and we had high expectations. Nadia

see. When listing agents asked us, "Who are you working with?" and we responded
"Nadia," they nearly all knew her and without exception gushed, "She's so nice!" Nadia

When we found a property we loved, Nadia helped us present a competitive but

energy. When our offer was accepted, she seemed as happy as we were. The only
side-effect is that we no longer get to talk with her every day!

Nadia Ruimy recently represented us in the sale of our home in Bernal Heights.

We understand that you are interested in working with Nadia Ruimy from Zephyr Real
Estate here in San Francisco. I honestly think that everyone should have the opportunity
to work with an agent like Nadia.
My partner and I purchased our first home together in Noe Valley, thanks to Zephyr
Real Estate in Noe Valley. This past year we once again found ourselves in the real estate
market and recently sold and purchased another property with the help of Nadia Ruimy.
Our previous agent, Barbara Dvorak, who has since relocated out-of-state, referred Nadia
to us. Our experience working with Barbara was so positive that we trusted that we were in
good hands. We can't begin to express how lucky we feel that we were able to work with such
a knowledgeable and committed real estate agent. Nadia is simply incredible.
Upon our first visit with Nadia, she arrived with ideas on how we'd prepare our home for the
sale, walking us through each detail and presenting various options. Nadia also came fully
prepared with current marketing listings based on the criteria we had given he over the phone.
We were very impressed with her professional yet personal approach.
One of Nadia's suggestions was to hire a stager, which was something we had never
considered before. She explained the benefits of staging and had several referrals of local
stagers to work with. She arranged interviews for us to ensure we were comfortable with
the person we'd eventually be working with. She hired a photographer to take photos of
our home once the staging was completed, and she created visual tours on CD-ROM as well
as on the Internet to ensure we were attracting every potential buyer in te market. This
was extremely beneficial and gave our home that edge we needed.
Nadia worked very hard to sell our home and was always available to answer questions
that we had. During the process, we had to fly out of the country for our previously
planned trip to Europe. Nadia continued working and kept the communication flowing
via e-mail. Due to her hard work, creative marketing, and persistence, our home sold very
fast in a very heated real-estate market. Our home was even feaured in the San Francisco
Chronicle. It seems Nadia didn't miss a beat.
While working hard to sell our Noe Valley home, Nadia had also begun her work to identify
our next purchase. She somehow managed to juggle schedules and to get us into properties
that were new on the market and absolutely perfect in terms of what we were looking for.
We feel Nadia is very intuitive and really knows how to maximize a client's time with her.
She is extremely organized and seems to really have a passion for what she does--and it shows.
In the end, our house sold for well over the asking price, which allowed us to purchase a
new home that we never thought possible. Nadia is such a pleasure to work with, and she
is always on top of all the details. Nadia is the type of person who thinks of the possible
problems that could arise, and she takes measures to prevent them from happening.
